Please review the following service policies to ensure your journey exceeds expectations.
Chauffeur Contact Protocol
If you are unable to locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup point, please call us immediately at (615) 480-4629 for prompt assistance. For your safety and service quality, we kindly ask that you remain at the pickup location until we can assist.
Booking & Deposit Terms
– Reservations of three (3) hours or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your service.
– Remaining balances are due prior to the conclusion of your trip.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please note the following cancellation terms:
– Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup time are subject to a 50% charge of the total fare.
– Long-distance trips (over 75 miles) cancelled within 24 hours will be fully charged.
– International arrivals require cancellation at least 48 hours in advance.
– During special events, including holidays, large conventions, and prom services, reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your trip confirmation.

Conduct & Vehicle Use
To preserve the luxury environment of our vehicles:
– Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
– Drug use is illegal and prohibited. Any fines incurred will be the client’s responsibility.
– Blatant misconduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund at the chauffeur’s discretion.
– No vehicle may be loaded beyond its seating capacity.
– Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, including:
– $1,000 per carpet or seat burn
– $250 minimum cleaning fee per incident
Service Delays & Road Conditions
STS Nashville is not liable for delays caused by:
– Mechanical issues (we will work with you to reschedule any lost time)
– Weather-related road conditions (ice, accidents, road closures, etc.)
Wait Time & Overtime
– A 15-minute grace period is included.
– After 15 minutes, hourly rates will apply for additional wait time or stops not listed on the reservation.
Lost Items
While we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, we will make every effort to return lost belongings promptly.
Flat Rates & Hourly Charges
– Flat rates apply to direct transfers only.
– Additional stops or route changes will default to our hourly rate and minimums.
– Parking fees, tolls, and other incidentals are not included and will be added to the final invoice.
– Meet & Greet at baggage claim is included for airport arrivals.
– Garage-to-garage time does not apply to short-distance trips (1-9 miles from BNA or downtown).
– Coach and Mini Buses require a 5-hour minimum and are billed in full-hour increments after the 15-minute grace period.
